How does billing work?Keys are charged monthly to the card on file: $9.99 per key on an individual account, $7.99 per key on an organization, minimum three keys. A new key is charged now for the days left in the period, then in full from the next renewal. Revoke a key and it stops at the next renewal.
What leaves my machine?The key check, once a day, and the pack download. Never a request or an answer. If your organization keeps its team methodology in our storage, what travels is the distilled rules, encrypted on your machines before they reach us.
Can two people share a key?No. A key binds to the first device that activates it. A second device is refused and the attempt shows up in your dashboard.
Do I need a new model tier?No. Stay on the tier you have. Under the harness a small model beats a frontier one on these tasks. The harness is the upgrade.
Does IT need to install anything?No. A Chrome or Edge extension, or one command for Claude Code and Cursor, and one key per auditor.
Who can change the team methodology?Admins and coordinators push corrections to the team layer. Auditors keep their corrections local. You assign the profile when you create the key.
Can I run it against my own storage?Yes. Organizations can keep the team layer in managed encrypted storage or point it at their own endpoint. Ask us on the contact form.
Which AI platforms does it work with?The chat your company already pays for: ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini through the browser extension today, Microsoft Copilot next. Claude Code and Cursor through the one-line setup. Same key, same methodology.
Can I cancel at any time?Yes. Revoke keys or close the organization from the dashboard and billing stops the following month. Everything the harness learned stays on your machines, in plain files you can keep.
